Prayer Request for the unemployed

First I would like to thank every one that posts on this forum and the rest of the forums. Specially those of you that spend your time defending our faith. Reading every ones posting has helped give me a break from my job search and strengthen my faith in the teachings of our church.

I have a phone interview for a job on Monday, my first interview of any kind since I graduated from college in May. I ask that you pray for me and all others who are currently unemployed, specialy those who are recent graduates and have yet to find their paths in life.

O God, the Creator of all things, you have made us in your own image so that we may find joy in creative work: have mercy on all those who are unemployed, and those who find their work dull, especially for those recently graduated. Help us to build a society where all may have work and find joy in doing it, for the good of our world and the glory of your name, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

God, our Father, I turn to you seeking your divine help and guidance as I look for suitable employment. I need your wisdom to guide my footsteps along the right path, and to lead me to find the proper things to say and do in this quest. I wish to use the gifts and talents you have given me, but I need the opportunity to do so with gainful employment. Do not abandon me, dear Father, in this search, but rather grant me this favor I seek so that I may return to you with praise and thanksgiving for your gracious assistance. Grant this through Christ, our Lord. Amen.

Dear Aaron
I was recently unemployed for about two months, but have been working now for the past 6 weeks thank God. If I had not been unemployed I would never have found this forum. I'm learning so much from you all and I thank God for this.
I will remember you in my prayers on Monday.
