Prayer request for me

Hello everyone

Please can people pray for me. I'm going through a terrible period at the moment. I've suffered with anxiety for many years and it has become very bad again. My marriage is going through a very difficult period and I'm unsure if we can save it, I'm struggling to focus at work and worried my job is at risk as I only started 2 weeks ago, and the anxiety is taking its toll me on me physically. I can't really eat much and my belly is very uncomfortable when I walk.

Please pray for me. I need God's strength to get me through this and guide me. At the moment I can only take one day at a time and pray.

Anxiety will really mess up your gut. You may find going without carbs and sugar will give you a lot of relief and energy. Long term the anxiety needs to get under control. A relaxing job even if it means living in a house half the size. Lots of exercise. Start walking and get up to 2 miles every morning. Then 4. Then 2 and run the other 2. Get to where you are running 5 miles every morning. Workouts at the gym are good as well. Buy cheaper groceries at a discount grocery place to save money with the pay cut in an easier job. Lexapro is a drug that may help as you transition to this new life. Its an ssri. Pretty safe. Focus more on prayer with your wife for your marriage. Study marriage together in scripture to fix the problems that you are having. If she doesnt submit to scripture (or you dont) thats a serious problem and means whoever doesnt want to submit probably isnt saved which will require more prayer. Start giving more of your time and energy together with her for those less fortunate than yourselves. Stay off the news every day. Worship God more and less time with junk entertainment. All these things I believe will come together to greatly help.
