My right knee is in pain. The pain is genetic. My mom has it, her brother's have it, my cousin has it and it's a lifetime thing. Please pray for healing for my knee and my whole family's knee.

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I will be praying for you sharky, you can add my knees to the prayer list too. I think I may have genetic problems with my knees, as my dad and my grandpa have both had problems, I think its calcium buildups on the kneecap, I can't squat, or bend very far, and I have trouble going up stairs...how sad is that. That's mostly in my left knee, my right knee just clicks when I walk...

Well i asked the big cheese about the knee and told me it was osclars shlatteras desease or something. Apparently common in young teens which was caused from stressful activities like soccor. I guess today in the comic store bending down was the last straw for it .
i'll have to take it easy. I thank God heaps that it wasn't something serious though. Looks like i'll ahve to take a few weeks off soccer.

Definitely praying for you, I know how that is. . .both my left and right knees have been injured in falls (I was always kind of clumsy. . .if there was a rock on the sidewalk or a gap between a bus step and a curb, I'd trip on it LOL), and I'm overweight, so both hurt often, especially when the weather gets bad or I've been standing a long time.
