Prayer Request: For "Ben"

Hi guys

If you think of it.. would you please pray for the friends and family of Benjamin1981? He used to be a regular here in Young Adults, I thought some of you may remember him.

There is a Prayer Request thread for him and his family located here, but please understand that it is located in a Christian Only section of CF.





On December 13th, Jura (Benjamin1981) passed away. (Just before the question is asked: I do not have further information, I'm sorry )

He was young and full of life, and he loved God. He had an innocence that you rarely get to see in adults (I remember 6 days before my wedding, he commented on a photo of me in my dress, and told me I looked like a princess from a fairytale ), a strength of character that brightened everything around him, and a pure joy that is often stripped away from each of us as we get older. He still had his.

My prayers go out to his family and friends in their time of great need.

Please pray for them.

He was my friend too I consider myself very lucky to have known him even a short while.

Oh my, I saw his posts and thought he seemed like such a happy soul. I wanted to get to know him better.

I feel terrible about myself because the last conversation I had with him was some silly theological argument. He was filled with joy and love, and I was depressed and thought it all was not so simple. At least I said that I had lots to learn from him and I still think I have. I hope I will learn the same as him.

I will miss you Benjamin, I am sorry I didn't have time or money to come with you to the Canary Islands, but I will meet you again in a much better place.

Oh my goodness! I remember him! I didn't know him that well, but he had asked me once why I was Squeakers, and I replied that I really squeaked...and I even gave him a link to hear the recording of my squeaky voice. He was so tickled by it...he loved it!

Gosh...I feel like I'm gonna cry...he was so nice and joyful.

I pray with all my heart that he's resting in peace now.

I just read this yesterday morning of all days as I was going to send him some email news of my own. Bad timing for me! I am really very shocked and sad to get this awful news.
