I am a bit nervous to post on here because I found the attempts to 'advise' me oppressive previously. Maybe it would help if I said my prayers cannot be answered by foodbanks or 'local fellowships' etc, I don't mean to start by being confrontational but I find it upsetting when I am bossed about and advised to do things that don't relate to my prayers. And worse when I feel the need to make personal disclosures to try to stop being told what to do by well meaning people. I feel awful writing that but I know that I am likely to be agressively and persistently 'advised' in reply to my prayer otherwise and although I love this forum, I won't post again if I am oppressed.
I am severely depressed, please pray for me. Please don't tell me to go to a doctor as that doesn't relate to the prayer request.
My finances have improved a bit, but have just hit a difficult patch where the rent is due and not enough money is in. Please could you pray for that?
I am grateful for all the prayers so far, it has been a very difficult and tragic year for me, I lost my best friend and I am having a lot of flashbacks as well, and the depression is very deep, I am trying to work and make ends meet, and although things have got better I have hit a bad patch again.
