CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Dear Heavenly Father, please guide our beloved sister so she will find a church of true spirit and peace. Please also help her to get a payed work.

Praying for you Merri that God will make it very evident to you what church body you should be a part of. Also praying that God will meet your needs for a job and that this job will fit well into your life. He is our provider!!

I pray for Merri, Lord, that You'll open up the right job opportunity for her. You konw the skills & abilities You've given her, and I pray that she'll find a place where she can use those skills to Your glory.
I also pray that You'll lead her to the right church home. I pray that this will be a place where she'll be fed Your word, but somewhere that she can make an impact as well.
