I thank God for my prayer partner, who also happens to be my pastor, my friend. It feels so good to meet with him and talk about everything thats going on in our lives. We met early this morning at the Church before going to work and prayed. It is a wonderful way to start the day. If you don't have a prayer partner, i suggest you get one, you'll love it. CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Amen! How blessed you are! This is also why God has told us not to be unequally yoked together with non believers. A husband and wife should be ONE in everyway, and they should be awesome prayer partners and start and end each day together in prayer!

Some of us ladies at my church are prayer partners with one another. I feel blessed to be a part of this group of believers. It is very exciting to meet up on Thursdays, discuss prayer requests and give praise reports. We encourage one another through email, ecards, kind words, etc. I would suggest everyone find a prayer partner. Where two or three are gathered, He is there, too. Gotta keep on believing....
