  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

The medications couldn't help me. I am very tolerant
Hi brother,

My heart goes out for you. It's difficult to live with disabilities. The fact that you are asking for prayer and acknowledge that God can help demonstrates that you have faith in Him. Keep praying and never lose sight of Christ who is faithful and tested in every way as we are.

I respecfully offer a different opinion regarding your statement, "medications can't help me". Medications often can help. They may not cure a mental disability, but they may offer a benefit. If your doctor is not working, try another one until the right medicine or combination is obtained that helps you. I takes two pills every day. This medicine does not cure my condition but the benefits exceed the side affects.

Finally, Christ is the ultimate in this life. You seem to know this by your post. He came to seek and save the lost (sinners such as us). He offers forgiveness and hope beyond this life. His blood is the only medicine that offers cleansing and forgiven of our sins. Jesus said, "25 Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes [ongoing faith] in me, though he die, yet shall he live" John 11:25

I'll try to remember to lift you up in prayer today.

In Christ!

Hail Mary, full of grace,
The Lord is with thee,
blessed art thou amongst women and
blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.

Holy Mary, mother of God,
Pray for us sinners now and
at the hour of our death.
Amen.
