Prayers for your family, Kim. How's your little girl been doing?

Many prayers going up for everyone!
And one of my own to add.
I just got word that my best friend, Kim (some of you might remember DogMom) was swimming with friends and she went to do a cannonball...something they've all done hundreds of times...and the pool "bit back". She broke her ankle in 4 places and had to have surgery tonight.
Please pray for complete healing, comfort, and peace. She's the "breadwinner" in the family and travels from Ft Wayne to Indianapolis each Monday morning for her job. She stays in Indy for 4 days and travels back on Thursday evening. She's currently a contract worker.
I'm not sure which ankle it is, but if it's her "driving foot" she's not going to be able to fulfill her contract if she can't drive. Her husband is partially blind and isn't able to drive her.
Thanks all,
Kae![]()

For all the people who lost loved ones or their homes and all the emergency workers. Please pray for him. This is the greatest man that I know and God will be able to do extraordinary things through him if he survives.Ben Paney said:Friday l got the first good news l've gotten from the Dr since January- the tumor is not growing anymore. lt would be good to hear it was shrinking, but not yet. This looks like it means the radiation worked, and we may see some more progress in coming weeks.
So thank God with me for this answer to prayer, it is good to see some progress! My pain level has been up and down; it's hard to know what to read into that so l'm trying not to. Nausea has been low, so thank God for that too.
l'm feeling better and gaining a little weight each week, God really has helped strengthen me since even a month ago. l know the future's in His hands, pray with me for God to continue to heal me and get me healthy.

l can't sleep well at night anymore, and almost can't sleep during the day at all. l'm exhausted and in pain from the chemo, which is one of its side effects. So pray with me that God alleviates the pain and grants me good rest.
Right now the plan is to see if the chemo is effective, no further radiation is planned yet. Thanks for being faithful and praying for me.
I had a phone call yesterday from a lady at my church. Her 2 1/2 year old great-granddaughter was diagnosed a couple of months ago with the same type of leukemia that Tiger has/had. She's very sick right now and in the hospital. This young family has no health insurance and already have thousands of dollars in medical bills.
