Father,
In the Sweet and Precious Name of Jesus, I stand in awe of Your Love and Goodness. I thank You that You are bigger than our sins and that You not only can but will forgive everyone we confess and in repentence seek Your forgiveness.
I thank You that You have chosen us and ordained us to go and bear fruit, for Your Glory and and that our prayers may be answered. Grant to us the wisdom we lack and give us the desire to acquire the knowledge and skills we need to labor in the fields that are so ripe for the harvest.
Help us to understand that there are many among us that are not a part of us, just as the people You led out of Egypt did not all believe and were later dstroyed. Father, may none that are with us now, be later destroyed because they did not believe. Give us, I pray, the love and ability to labor effectively within our own family.
We are aware that statistics show that only 9 in 100 ever win a single soul to Jesus, and that Body wide, those statistics are far, far less. Forgive us that failure, and grant that each of us here in this family may have the experience and extreme joy and blessing of leading many souls to Jesus throughout the balance of this year.
May the day we enter into the presence of Jesus, be the day He says, "Well done, thou good and faithful servant, enter into the Joy of thy Lord", as we lay at His feet the throphies we have won.
Father, look upon our hearts, and know us. Forgive and remove our sin. Give us a clean heart and a right Spirit, and fill those clean hearts with love to overflowing , first for You father, and then for one another and for the lost. Give us not only that love, but a real and profound burden for the lost.
As we log on to this site may we see the imaginary sign that says: "Welcome to the Mission Field." And may we see the same sign as we log off, so that we understand we are always on the Mission Field.
And now Father, fill these Forums to overflowing with Your Love and The Precious Holy Spirit, and speak to our hearts as never before. Thank You for the answer to this prayer and for the unbelievably incredible priviledge of speaking to You in prayer, in the awesome Name of Jesus. And so it is.
