Prayer for two friends :)

Hey guys! Well there's this girl who I've been chatting to for a couple of years now... And just recently she became a Christian!!!!!! It's so good, she REALLY needed to know God and my prayers for her were answered . Anyway, she feels as though she is living a lie, because her past has been FULL of sin (believe me... the change in her life is absolutely incredible). I just wanted you guys to pray that she grows closer to God. She told me tonight that she went to a Christmas church service at an Assemblies of God (Pentecostal I think) church (which was a very good church to go to, IMO) and that is such an incredible move for her! She said they played Happy music, which is excellent, and when I asked her if people came and spoke to her, she said yes, which is also excellent! I believe she's found a good home .

Anyway, she does feel like she doesn't know much about God, so if you guys could pray that she'll understand everything easily, because I really believe she is going to grow into a great follower of God. Thanks

Anyway, there's another friend of mine who was brought up in a Jehovah's Witness home... Well he's not exactly a Christian, but I *think* he still believes in God, and he's willing to come to my Youth group and stuff... Anyway, if you guys could pray that he'll just have this desire to give his heart to God, it would be so good, because I really believe that he can do that. I just think he needs more of a 'prod' into Christianity.

yeah i'll pray for your friends... i have a friend who is not a Christian but i'm working on that, . he came to church twice, the first time cuz he was curious about it, and the second time because he had to do a report on a speech so he used the sermon... i think that he really could become a Christian but it's difficult to know how to help him and i get so impatient sometimes... it's such a slow process sharing your faith with someone and their accepting it...

It's aways a Blessing to see new Childrens of God being brought to our attention. My Prayer is that they are taught the Truth so that they may see the Blessings our Lord bestows us.

I'll try to remember to pray. Yes, AoG is Pentecostal, and they can be extreme, and some don't have a strong focus on Biblical teaching.
