Well today I went and got prospects on 6 jobs, some of which I was able to apply for or at least call. Tomorrow I will be visiting a couple and applying in person. Please pray for me that I may get a job.
Also, ugh my mom called and made me amazingly angry today. As you well know I didn't get the last job I was persuing, I think because I had to wait one day before I could tell her if I could take it because I had to speek to my room mate who was off visiting his family. Well my mom called today and she was like "Well sense I'm talking to you here, I guess you didn't get that job" (yes I had already told her that though) But I repeated the whole ordeal to her. She then goes onto say. "Well that was very irrisponcible of you, you just make any excuse not to work! You could have called your room mate and talked about the situation" However I had already tried that, but sense my room mate had decided to move back home to pendleton he wouldn't talk to me about it till he got home which was just one more day. Asking for 1 day to make a decision seems reasonable to me AND if I had known she would have not hired me and continued doing interviews because I had delayed one day I would have said yes to the job.
Anyhow my mother was totally unreasonable. I tried hard to get that job sitting through hours of interviews and even some training, and its not right for her to say I went and lost the opportunity on perpous. She wouldn't listen at all I ended up hanging up on her, of course I feel bad and now she's going to say I have anger issues, which, by the way just makes me angry.
Well anyhow that is not the point of this prayer request. Last week your prayers really helped me to find some promissing opportunities and try my hardest. So tomorrow when I go out there I hope you all to pray for the same motivation and opportunities. There are a couple of likely prospects it seems. As an aside you can pray for my mother to be a little more reasonable.
