Prayer for Revelation

[The Simple Plan]

I would like for you all to remember me in your prayers and to intercede on my behalf as well. I am spending the next week on a media fast (TV/Internet) and spending some quality prayer and devotional time with God.

I am specifically in prayer about my youth ministry. I want to do this full time and have a burning desire to fulfill it. It obviously won't pay as much as being a software consultant or full time as some of the systems full time jobs I have been put forward for, but I really believe in my heart that God has an opening for me, and a work to do in urban ministry both as an educator and as a mentor.

This is a real struggle and leap of faith as it does not only affect me but my dependents (Wife and two daughters). Please pray that God's will be done and I will be shown either way

Dave, I will most definitely be praying for you. I hope you will receive the answers that you seek.

Dear Father, please be with Dave and help guide him in this decision. Help him to know your will and direction for his life and the life of his family. Open the doors of opportunity in the direction you have for him and close the doors of that which is not your will for him. Please, give him your peace in this decision. Be near to him just now Lord. In Jesus precious name, Amen!
