Prayer for my sis

Recently, my sis, age 14, has been straying down a bad path.

i) She goes out late, and doesnt usually say where
ii) She used to be very religious, but she lost all interest
iii) Her grades in school have been slipping greatly
iv) What worries me the most is that she is becoming depressed. She doesnt move out of her room and listens to some strange loud music all the time. Im quite concerned.

It reached the point where mum threatened to take her out of school and make her get a job, because she was not putting in any effort. I stepped in to defend but also got into trouble with mum. I dont know if Im blowing this out of proportion but i pray for her all the time and i hope you can too. Thanx!

I will pray for your sister! She sounds quite like my brother! Although he hasn't been very religious in his life. He loves staying out late, does drugs, cusses and hits my dad, always making fun of me, he considers himself in the "crypt" gang. He is dropping out of school this year and getting his GED(which is a good thing), and moving back to our home town with all his 'thug' friends. Hopefully he make the right choices and make a good road for him ahead. He has done some really stupid stuff in life. He has been in trouble with the law, acutally had to go to court for breaking into a store and stealing TV's, stereos, boom boxes, and lots of other things. But he got caught and payed his time. He likes hanging out with my cousin Aaron, which is a bit of a trouble maker, he ran some one over with a car!!!!!!!!!! About 2 months ago, him and my dad got into this big argument and he started beating up on my dad, and my dad is already almost near a stroke and has bad back problems. I no this is long, I'll cut it off now. But all Im saying is im in the same boat as you.. but the lord wil anwser out prayers! Please keep my family and brother in yours as well. God Bless You!!

Lord, I lift up all situations in these postings. Lord, only You and You alone can work on those that are in need of Your help. Lord, only You can turn those that need to be turned around. Lord, only You can direct their footsteps in the right way to walk. Lord, with this on my heart I ask that You step in on these lives that are not following You. I ask that You move mountians. I "CLAIM" each person Lord, that is not walking with You and turn them over to You for the right wisdom and guidance. Lord, these people need Your direction in life. Lord, please put a roadblock around those that are being influenced by the enemy. Make their footsteps, hearts and minds right with You Lord. Lord, I am believing in answered prayers and thank You in advance. In the mighty name of Jesus "AMEN"...SO BE IT..

All of us must trust the LORD to change lives. Counselors, parents, friends, brothers and sisters can't change your life. Only Jesus can give us the GRACE to Become SONS and DAUGHTERS of GOD. GOD works in mighty and mysterious ways never allow our fleshly eyes to decieve us that GOD is not PRESENT and that HIS WILL is not HAPPENING. Jesus leaves all his sheep to find the lost and whoever is forgiven much loves much in return. All of these prayer request are like past tense stories of GREAT men and women in the LORD who only came to JESUS after every thing was broken, every hope destroyed, all pride removed. I THANK the LORD for saving a wretch like me, and I know He is MORE than willing to do the same for others. IN MY PRAYERS,

Lord, I continue to lift up this young girl in prayer. I ask that You guide her footsteps. I ask that You take her hand into Yours and gently lead her on the right path. Lord, send Your many angels to this young girl and help her to walk with the Lord. Lord, only You can tug at the strings of her heart and open it up to You. Lord send Your Holy Spirit and mold her in Your ways. Lord, break the chains of the enemy. Lift that Yoke. BIND every lie of the enemy and set her free. Help her Lord to praise and glorify Your name.
