On Friday afternoon, one of the managers at my current place of work whom I have a very good working relationship was terminated, and because of this as well as a series of events leading up to it, will be filing a lawsuit against our workplace for unjust termination, racial discrimination and hostile work environment. I have witnessed some things be done to her that give her claims credibility and am prepared to testify as a witness should this go to trial. I pray for her justification and vindication and also that I myself might be able to find a better employment opportunity, as I don't want to work for an organization that is willing to do this to people. Thank you all...

Dear Lord, I pray for Your provision for Emerald’s coworker for her financial needs during this difficult time, and provision for different employment for Emerald. Please be with them when they go to trial, that they may have wise legal counsel, and that none of their words may fall to the ground. In Christ’s Name, Amen.

P.S. I recommend looking up information for people with disabilities for your particular type of trial, as that will tell you highly detailed information about what to expect. That can be the difference between success and failure. Also if you get any information from your company’s HR department as regards the case, be very careful about how you respond, if you ever do. Look up information from employment lawyers first. That’s all I got.
