  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I had to start a new thread because of those hackers. I will pray for your friends.
Father in Heaven, Bless you Holy Name. For only You are Holy.
There is no one like you, God in Heaven.
Tonight, I lift up Lauri and her friends. They have lost a dear soul
to a car accident and are so sad.
I ask you, Father, to still that saddness. And to fill them with the knowledge that the one so close to them is in a better more glorious place now. We know this because she is a Christian.
She is only temporarily asleep. She will soon be with you. Fill their
hearts, minds and spirits with that wonderful news. That this is not home and she is only waiting for them to come home where all of we Christians ultimately belong. Hallielujah Hallielujah Hallielujah! I Praise Your Glorious Name.
Strengthen them. Give them dreams of the wonderful glory to come. Bring joy to their hearts knowing the mercies and wonders of You.
