Prayer for job interview result

Tomorrow I wait with baited breath for whether I shall advance to the third interview on a very promising job that I was introduced to a week ago. It basically pays twice as much per hour as I am getting now, and is probably good enough to get my dad to shut up. The schedule is highly favorable for me, and it’s a prominent retailer so this isn’t a job scam. (I double-checked. )

If I get said third interview and pass that, I get the job. Please just pray for me to get said job and wisdom for the hiring managers.

Yeah, I got rejected from that one, I discovered today, after multiple phone calls where they put me off. Oh well.

What’s happening with the site? What about your writing?

Still working on them. I bought the domains I wanted in August and I'm in the middle of development.

As for my writing, I'm getting paid a considerable amount a month for it at the moment. That's how I was able to afford the domains.

This is just my dad pressuring me again. He has no patience.

Once I get the sites up, hopefully they will bring in enough income to move out. Or at least, save for land to buy and build a house on.

Focus on your gift and don’t get distracted. If resources are coming in double your output if you can. Devotionals or inspirational pieces can be written and repurposed as podcasts or videos.

So the Twelve called the disciples together and said, “It is not appropriate for us to neglect [teaching] the word of God in order to serve tables and manage the distribution of food. Therefore, brothers, choose from among you seven men with good reputations [men of godly character and moral integrity], full of the Spirit and of wisdom, whom we may put in charge of this task.

The Holy Spirit has directed me to 1 Corinthians 9 recently:

If we sowed spiritual things in you, is it too much if we reap material things from you? 12 If others share the right over you, do we not more? Nevertheless, we did not use this right, but we endure all things so that we will cause no hindrance to the gospel of Christ. 13 Do you not know that those who perform sacred services eat the food of the temple, and those who attend regularly to the altar have their share from the altar? 14 So also the Lord directed those who proclaim the gospel to get their living from the gospel.
