Prayer for Donna

Please pray for my friend Donna Dakin.

She is a young woman who had cancer surgery and chemotherapy two years ago for breast cancer, and two more tumors have developed in her body, this time on her liver.

She gets the prognosis today or tomorrow. She says that she doesn't want to go through chemo again, and she might not fight the cancer this time.

Thinking that her cancer was gone after the last time, she went back to college this year to finish her degree in education.

She does not know the Lord.

By the way, she asked to be put on as many prayer lists as possible, so if you could mention her name at church tonight, we would both appreciate it. She has a strong belief in the power of prayer.

Heavenly Father, we lift Donna up to you now and ask you to please heal each and every cancerous cell. Deliver her from this disease Lord as we claim her complete healing, standing on your word and promise that by your stripes we are healed. Comfort her during this time and usher a peace that surpasses all understanding, Father. Thank you in advance for answered prayers and that you are still the Great Physician, still in the miracle working business! In the matchless name of Jesus Christ I pray, Amen and amen.

I find it interesting she doesnt know Jesus but believes in prayer. i wonder who she thinks hears these prayers. She is closer to salvation then she realizes.
