Hello there,
I just got a new job and we have a temporary manager, well he is the regional manager, filling in untill we get a new one. Well he's driving everyone into great depression and anger. He honestly thinks everyone is stupid and that's how he treats us. He makes everyone feel bad when it's really his poor instructions that are the problem. We all try hard to do as he wants, but he is never very clear on that.
There are people there that have worked there for quite some time and they are ready to quit because of him. He is trying to fire Malchor, who is a very nice old man, 72 years old who works hard, but can't do any heavy lifting. Me and the others would happily pick up the slack for this old guy, but john is all about numbers and money. He totally pushes us to the limmit. This kind of situation is horrible, if we work our butts off we get yelled at anyway and get no recognition for our efforts, there is nor reward for doing a good job. Even if we are trying our hardest there is the looming threat of being fired. We are only human and by the end of a shift with lots of hard work we get tired, we can't work at warp speed all day.
Well please pray for John to have some compassion and that he is better able to communicate with us. Please pray for my depressed co-workers that feel like poo 'cause of what this guy says and threatens.
