Prayer for a breakthrough

Hi,

I would like prayers for a breakthrough in my life. Every area seems to be blocked and I'm really at the end of my rope.
I'm taking actions to go on with my life, but it feels "off track".

I've got a real passion for classical music and viola but I don't have a teacher anymore and I don't find a way to keep on going. I've been obligated to go back to my parent's house and that's hard.

I'd like to be independent and find a way to keep on learning viola (for me, it's like breathing) and meet godly people. I've been through a lot and I'd like to be able to live my life to the fullest !

Have you tried any music schools in France? Public/private institutions may have some scholarships. Since you're a EU national you should be able to travel anywhere in Europe. I heard that Vienna and other places have good musical conservatories. Actually, I began music as an adult 2 years and a half ago, so I can't go to school this year. However, this morning I'm going to a music school in Paris to get some information !

Heloise, I'm praying for you and your breakthrough.

I've been learning cello on my own. It's harder, but it's better than nothing. When I can, I visit a teacher. My progress hasn't been the best, only because I don't want to play cello that much, but if playing viola is like breathing to you, I'm sure you will be able to keep going. I know successful players who often had to pause their lessons, but who did great studying on their own. Even a daily practice of just playing open strings will be good to keep in shape.
I love classical music too.

I didn't know some successful players studied on their own, sounds cool !
I play almost everyday between one and three/four hours, but begin to feel like I need lessons to keep on going, and also meet people (maybe play in an orchestra, scary but maybe I'd like to do it).

Some churches have orchestras. For instance, the Seventh Day Adventist churches from Northern France have an Ensemble with choir and orchestra called Symphonia, if I'm not mistaken.

Father, may they see that they may be at the exact place You presently want them; at the end of the rope, to focus now on You. May they see that their destination is to be You, not independence and the viola. That when they come to be in You, filled with You, they will have arrived, and You can then provide independence and the viola in a way that will not distract them from You. Ecclessiastes 7:14. Amen
