CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

We pray Lord that You use Job_38 in a mighty way as he witnesses to his friend. Lord we pray that Your words are upon his lips. Guide his heart Lord. Father we pray for the friend too. We pray that You prepare the soil of his heart to accept the seeds of faith that Job_38 speaks.

I got to talk to him today! Man was it cool! Something I notice about most Mormons though is that they get very very defensive when spoken to about this.
But I kept on with praying to God about it and asking him to make it not me but him speaking. Thanks for prayers guys.

Father, I lift up Job38 in his efforts to witness to a friend. Bless those efforts. I pray that you will soften this friend's heart, that he may come to know Jesus as the Rock of his salvation. Amen!
