How. What do i do???

Do you have anyone you can call?. Just talking to someone can help.

Temporary help:
Try breath in slowly as you count to four. Hold breath around 6 counts. Breath out counting to 8. Do this while focusing on your breath.
If you are sitting think about how the chair feels under you. Notice what is around you and try focus on what is present. If walking, think about how your feet connect to the floor with each step.

These things may seem silly but have helped me during panic attacks. When you are able maybe you can read a psalm like psalm 121, especially verses 1 & 2. I would often cry these words out when in desperation.

When you can't cope, God is still there, holding on to you. I don't know if you are male or female but will pray...

Father God, I pray that you will help Olivet be able to turn their mind away from things that are so disturbing. I pray that you will enable this person to look for a blessing in their life to think about. I pray that you will protect them and keep them through this dark place as only you can. That you will help them to come through with faith stronger because tested like gold in fire. As you have helped so very many of your children in the depths of tormenting thoughts, I know you are able to help Olivet. I pray in the name of Jesus.

I pray God not only heals you but makes you a strong warrior thats solid like a rock both mentally and spiritually, and that your able to help others that are having deep mental pain. How did God help you?

I have had anxiety and depression my whole life, as well as a few addictions. But the people in my life mean so much to me that i wanted to do better so i can help them with their own pain and be around more for them. I isolated myself alot. I knew God was the way but i wasnt a strong Christian

I downloaded an app to listen to podcasts with and subscribed to a few different Christian pastors like Tony Evans, Michael Youseff, Ravi Zacharias...just to name a few

I committed to listening to them everyday, i started reading just 2 pages of the bible everyday although i must admit i had a few stretches when i got away from all this, sometimes for a few weeks but i would always come back to it

God took away my desire to listen to the rap music i had been listening to most of my life. I started listening to more mellow music and Christian music, as well as watching Christian movies. Theres alot of great ones on youtube and on TubiTV which is like netflix but free!!

Im not fully there yet but God is changing my heart and taking my old desires away from me, while healing my anxiety and depression

Im thankful for my suffering because if i was doing well in life i may have never came to God. If your suffering leads to getting to know Christ well its a great thing

Hopefully this helps some and if you have any more questions you can ask me anything. I have a soft spot for those who are suffering to the point where they dont care to live. I feel so bad and i have much sympathy and compassion for you. It would make me very happy to hear your doing well so I pray God takes care of you!

How are you feeling today Olivet? Did you take some of the suggestions to heart? Did you go to ER? The important thing now I think is to keep your mind occupied with something positive away from your distressing thoughts. I know it is hard but try to keep Jesus in your mind with prayers and thought, read the bible. Listen to Christian music or music or watch Christian Tv, something to feel your thoughts with happy. Remember your baby, you have to get well for your baby and that might mean ER. Do you have anyone to watch your baby so you can go. There are help sources even if you call 911 they can lead you to help or Google help for what you need. Please let us know how you are doing God loves you and will always be with you. Call on him when ever a bad thought comes in.
