Pray for those in nursing homes battling illness

My dad has just been diagnosed with CHF (congestive heart failure). He is 75 and has diabetes. I know he is not the only one dealing with failing health as many elderly folks in nursing homes are ( he will be moved to a nursing home from the hospital). Pray that God will send loving individuals their way to encourage them and offer prayers and support. Please remember those who are alone in these homes who need people to love them.

Father God, may it be in thy will that this man will still see and enjoy healthy and joyful days. Bring healing and peace, and bring him plenty of pleasant and meaningful friends in the Nursing Home, and also from outside of the Home. Please bless all the residents and patients in Nursing Homes, In Jesus Name, Amen
