Pray for this void and empty feeling after divorce

Praying for my brother Dio. Praying that he can find peace and happiness with YOU Father God first. That he can cast all his anxieties on You because You love him (1Peter 5:6-7).

Dio, I think it's important that you focus on YOU for some time and your relationship with God so that you can fully heal from your marriage. You should look into joining a Divorce Care Christian based recovery group that probably meets in different churches in your area. A lot of people try to rush into new relationships after divorce before they are healthy and healed from their marriage failing. You need to be happy as who you are first and don't look at getting into a new relationship as the source of your happiness. Once you are fully healed from your divorce and happy with yourself as an individual you will be in a much better place to meet someone who is also healthy. Just my humble opinion based on what I learned in my time at Divorce Care. Good luck Brother.

PS is Dio a RONNIE James reference? If so did you ever hear the Christian album he did with Kerry Livgren from Kansas?
