Pray for me to move forward

I've never asked for a prayer request before. It's just the opposite of what I'm used to. But I've reached a point in my life as a Christian where I need help to move forward. Right now I've been stuck at the same point for a while and I get stressed out just thinking about it.

I'm just not used to having to ask people for help, and writing this was all I could manage right now. So please pray for me to be able to overcome the stress and move forward. Thank-you.

Father God, I lift my brother up to You now. Lord, You know our going out and coming in, Your Word tells us the hairs on our head are numbered by You. I pray that my brother sense Your presence and peace. Help him to know that You hold him in Your loving hands and work all things to his good, even those things that seem not to be good. While You don't always remove the stresses in our lives, You do walk with us through them, please give him comfort and hope in You. Thank You Lord for Your presence in our lives, in Jesus' name, amen.
