I'm in another emotional rut. I feel so sad and angry. I've been putting myself down over every little thing I do. I know it will pass, as these emotional situations do, but I am afriad of doing something irrational expecially since I work in such a stressfull environment. Tommorrow's going to be extra stressful. I work in a resteraunt as a line cook and we have a large banquet to serve off the menu.
Just please pray for me. That the lord will guid me through and help me to function and be happy again. I would really appretiate the prayers. Thanks.

Thank you for your prayers. They helped a lot. I had a pretty good day today. I just get so scared because I have done some terrible things to myself when my mood was down. I feel like Dr. Jeckal and Mr. Hide some times. Except, intsead of hurting other people, I tend to hurt myself.
I find it helps when I talk to certain people though. People who I can trust to help me. My husband is a great support. He holds me and comforts me and makes me laugh. I thank god for bringing him into my life, and I thank god for helping me to find this sight.
