I appreciate the gift of motherhood... and I work at a school where children are well loved and others for one reason or another are not.....
I have always tried to honor my being a mom... and I am thankful for my own mother....
and though Mother's Day is past.... I would like to share this with you....

My mother lives with me and right now she is walking our deck, the sun shining on her, with her rosary...
It is a sweet picture...
She was raised in an Italian family, and has many stories to share especially ones during the depression...
