Hi,
I'd like to praise the LORD who is teaching me about how to have a calm and orderly mind.
Not only has He used this to help me at work, but also to help a friend of mine who is going in for a job interview. I shared with her today the importance of a disciplined mind.
Also, in the past I have been easily "baited" by people who make emotionally manipulative statements. Like, ones in which they imply things about other people that aren't true. I have wondered how to NOT react negatively when people do this, and I believe that God is showing me that a calm and orderly mind will be able to discern how to respond to the substance of a statement and not the inflammatory spin.
"For God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love and self-discipline." 2 Tim. 1:7
AMEN.
