Realizing I am new here I should say first my family and myself have been in some dire financial straits. Last night my brother who has been supporting my mother and myself through these tough times informed us that a huge contract was won by his firm, he will be receiving a 2 dollar an hour raise and about a 10,000 dollar bonus. Today, I recevied a letter in the mail from Social Security (I am disabled), that stated that they had incorrectly assesed the monies given this year based on the amount odf money I made in employment last year. So, in December I will be receiving a $2000 check which is sorely needed... I was out of work for a long time this year and now have only a part - time job. Praise God!
