  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I've been really concerned lately about how I'm going to pay for the rest of my college education. I wasn't being offered much in the way of financial aid, and I had very little of my own money to contribute. To make matters worse, I wasn't being given any grants (money that doesn't have to be paid back, for those lucky people who don't have to worry about financing college :)). Just loans, which would put me in SERIOUS debt....probably more than most people who go to school for 4 years. In spite of all this, I knew God would find a way to work things out if He wanted me to stay here. He's already started to do that! Well, today I recieved a notice that said I WAS being given a grant after all.....$1150 a quarter!!!! That still doesn't cover even half of my expenses, but it's something. Praise God for that!!!!!!!!!!!!!
