It finally happened! I've been praying for a solution to the trapped feeling I've had in my job lately. Well, yesterday I got approved for a personal loan that will pay for my EMT training class!!!!!
In less than 6 months I will make the career switch. I'm so excited I can't even describe it. The strangest thing is that the last two times I've tried to get additional credit from my bank they've denied me, (my credit isn't horrible, but my income is small) but this time they said yes.
I must admit I'm a little nervous. I've worked for my current company all of my working life, but this change is the first step to my dream job of being a firefighter.
I thank God so so so much for this opportunity, and pray for the strength, and perserverence I'll need in the months to come.
