  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Praise God!

We had an awful storm not long ago. We had a tornado that skirted town, but there was a lot of damage from the winds. I was not in town during that, thankfully, but most of my family was. I did not know about it until I returned home. Anyway, we had hail bigger than golf balls, which broke many windows and caused a lot of damage.

However, the worst damage was caused by the wind, as I said before. Well, it turns out that several huge trees had fallen. One of those trees happened to fall on my great grandmother's house. It pulled down several powerlines before falling right over her bedroom, where she was sleeping. Now, my great grandmother is not saved, so when I saw this, it had me very worried, especially since her house is not very stable. I believe that God held that tree up, because her roof was able to support it, and it did not fall through. If it had, it would have crushed her in her sleep. Praise God that it did not!
