Postbit Icons

Hi Everyone,

As some of you have probably noticed, many of the postbit icons are back again (with a few left, but should be done soon). I have also gone ahead and restored some of the privacy functionality you were missing. If you go to your options page, you should see a the "Profile Privacy" as the last option in the "Login & Privacy" section. Simply check off the items you want hidden, and you are set.

my age is red with {}s around it... is that suppose to mean it's hidden from everyone else but me? Cause I don't want it to be seen and I already to checked to makes sure it was selected as a don't-show.

That was public for a few minutes, but was quickly corrected.

It should be private as expected now.

For those of you who don't like the icons at all, I could add an option to completely hide all of them.

(Both rows of icons below the username/usertitle).

It's pretty simple to do, so if it's something you want, put a word in here so I can get a good idea of how many people would use it.

Will the Rep thumb be going back on the left side, or will we just have to use the little light bulb on the right?

Possibly... I talked about this briefly with staff and we agreed not to duplicate any of the links. If we were to move them, that might cause some confusion, but AFAIK it's still being discussed.

I want all the status icons (age, gender, faith, etc.) on the first row on the left, and then all buttons relating to that user (not the post, ex: no report, infraction, etc.) Make sense?

The former already exists (edit options page), so the latter. I guess one of the reasons is to reduce clutter / page load times for those who don't look at them anyway.

Since you are working on these, can we get a heart/cross blessing icon back in the profiles as well. When people do blessing games in BE this makes handing out blessings much faster, at least the way I do it...

its already back Ty look on left with other icons..just dont look in your own post..look in mine

Probably, yeah. The profile is setup a bit differently though so I won't get to it for a while.

I am talking about on your Profile page... not in your posts

The only *icon* in profiles is the Online/Offline one, at least that's all I can see...

When I bless games I pull the *who* posted list and click on the link to the profile page and bless directly, so it is really handy to have the *Bless* icon there in the profile...

If you click on *user CP* and click the number next to a thread it shows who posted and how many times...

When doing blessing games in BE often blessings are rewarded in *Blessings per post* so if you click on the number you have a list of all the winners with how many times they posted and the names link to their profiles... so if you give 10 blessings per post you see the person posted 50 times, you click on the name, then click on the blessing icon in their profile and send the blessings, close the profile box, calculate the next person on the list click their name and so on... Right now there is no *bless* icon in the profile, so it's a SLOWERRRRR process.
