The first time I ever made nachos and cheese...

I put the chips on a plate, arranged them all to be evenly spaced for correct, aesthetic beauty......

Then I put an entire 1 pound cheese block on top of it and placed it in the microwave.

I think it finally took like 10 minutes nuking that beast and the end results turned out to be something of extreme, food stuff horror.

Like it was worse than eating charred pieces of broken glass.

LOL! That's not how you make nachos! I've tasted so many versions of nachos and they are all horrible, but my Ma's is by far THEEEEEE bestest in the whole wide world! LOL! Seriously though, I'm not a fatty eating person but oh, do I like ......... well, my version of her nachos!
