I try to save my printscreen as a .bmp, but its over 2MB. How do I make it smaller? All I have is MS Paint, the one that comes with the computer .

My desktop. I had to compress it into GIF, so there is a lot more pixelation than there really is.

I think many of yours are spectacular! Mine changes periodically.

PS: Ps139, If you have paint, you should be able to "save as" a gif file.

Save it in JPG format.

If it's still too big, go to tools, and click stretch or resize or something like that (forget what it says) and it'll say "100%" change it to like 75 or 80 percent on both spaces.... then click save as, and make sure it's jpg.

Alright I finally got it! Thanks for the advice .
Irenaeus, Firefox is the way to go. I haven't gotten a single pop-up since I started using it!!! And its faster!

My desktop is a little sloppy, but hey the computer works.

There's something to be said for a second hard drive.

A:\ 3.5" floppy drive
C:\ Tom's Drive (80 Gig HD)
D:\ Music (40 GB HD)
E:\ CD-ROM Drive

Nowadays, you can go to a used parts computer store and get a 40 GB drive for about 25 dollars or so. A new one will run you about 50 to 75. It's a heck of a lot cheaper than an iPOD... just not as portable.

What, no 5 1/4" floppy drive?

And I like my 250 GB hard drive. It's only about half full so far. I should upgrade the 100 GB drive sometime, but that's my Windows drive. Reinstalling Windows isn't fun.
