"Post-Modernism" is a broad term which is often bandied about. If you want more in depth discussion on that, it would be best to clarify exactly what you mean by the term.

But your question of truth seems to be about whether there is "absolute truth." No, there's no reason to believe that there is any sort of absolute - meaning independent of context and experience - truth. Truth is not independent of what we know.

Young-Earth Creationists employ a curious - and uncredited - version of post-modernism when they go on about how evolution is based only on interpretation of evidence, and that a different interpretation makes YEC equally likely.

They never seem to acknowledge how theologically destructive such an opinion can be.
