I’m going to be constructing a desktop here soon, just waiting on a processor. I’m talking a programming class in the Spring, hopefully it being online won’t hinder me (along with my poor studying habits).Good luck. I took a class years ago. We had to build a desktop and learned networking for Windows. I tried my hand at programming but I didn’t enjoy the tedium. I didn't work in the industry but the skills were an asset. Now I can’t be bothered to replace a hard drive on a gaming system. Apple spoiled me. I don’t want the headache.
I’m not sure if the class will be videoed. My previous classes had recorded lectures (or at least most of them did). As for the computer, it will be a mATX case with a Gigabyte A320M-S2H, 2 DDR4-2666 RAM, an M.2 Solid State Drive, a 480 watt power supply, disk drive, Windows 10 Home, and whatever processor I’m getting.How cool. What are you using? Programming is detail oriented. Just take your time and double check your entries. Will the class be videoed?
