Although many women at my synagogue wear kippot, I choose not to. For various reasons, I have always dressed very feminine. The kippah is traditionally a part of male dress. If I ever changed my mind, I would wear a very feminine kippah. But I don't think I would ever even compromise that much. It is very important to me to observe the mitzvah of not cross dressing. If other women in good conscience come to different conclusions, I understand.
