BBC here seems to be downplaying it also. We can only wait and see, but people who were there are reporting it was full of kids, and some of the dead and injured are kids. Just horrible

When the news downplays it that says to me - moslems on a jihad did it. yet another 'terror' attack... or violent jihadist attack. Keywords to look for... 'not a terrorist attack' and/or 'done by a mentally ill person(s)', that means a violent jihadist attack.

One report is saying maybe suicide bomber but no evidence yet. One teen near the blast was showered in blood and flesh leading to the idea of a suicide bomber.

I think it's more that until they know more facts, the BBC does not have the reputation for wild speculating and blaming. Yes, horrible.
