  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I just wanted to share with all about the wonderful grace of God I've received while at work the past couple of days. Most days, it is a struggle to be there because the people whom I work with act rather ungodly: they make lewd jokes and constantly gossip about people (and then there are the customers mainly who many times take the Lord's name in vain which is so jarring to hear!--thankfully, it seems that most everyone now at work, the employees I mean, do not use the Lord's name in vain whereas many of them did before, namely instead of saying "oh my god" like they used to almost all of them now say "oh my gosh". I thought this was an odd yet glorious thing to witness actually, this turn from them using profanity to not using it).

Anyway, it was a wonderful gift of the Lord to enable me to speak about God and His attributes two consecutive days in a row! It put me in the bestest of moods which I have ever been in in such a long time and oh, what an over-joyous feeling it was to talk about Him! To use His name in a loving way! Oh how thankful I am to the Lord for allowing me, such an unworthy sinner, the ability to bring forth words about Him, our Lord and Saviour!
