Yep same here. I'm not as sensitive about it though. Crackin' the head open for the best part and saving the ears and feet for the gel. ummmmm............ Best part is taking part of the headcheese and putting oatmeal and salt and pepper and making breakfast sausage.And to think people get grossed out by my affinity for Kasewurst (headcheese), heck I used to make the stuff back on the farm, and I still like it.At least I knew what went into it (I will not list the various and assorted porcine components) which is more than I can say for Spam.:o
