Pop up books

Even now I love it when I find a pop up book.

I'm in the process of writing a childs book and would love it to be a pop up. One of the pop up pictures will be a very beautiful tree and I have watched you tube video on how to make a pop up book but I have not found a site that makes pop ups as complicated as I have in my mind. Does anyone have knowledge of pop up ways of doing a book?

Hey TamaraLynne,

I went to a gallery where the artists used pop up mechanics to make great works of art. When I went to say "Hi" to him I realize I owned one of his "How to" books on pop-ups. It's a great book and basically runs through almost all the mechanics with actual pop ups. I gather once you get all these down you can add to, mix and match, and use the parameters to create your own complex pop-ups.

Book is called Elements Of Pop Up: A Pop Up Book For Aspiring Paper Engineers.
