Which method of communion do you hold as true?

Transubstantiation is the change of the substance of the Eucharistic elements -- bread and wine -- into the body and blood of Christ (although they retain the physical "accidents" -- i.e. appearance, taste, texture, etc. -- of bread and wine)

Consubstantiation is one of the beliefs held by Christians about the Eucharist. It holds that during the sacrament the Body of Christ enters the bread, and the Blood of Christ enters the wine, but they continue to be also bread and wine.

No Real Presence - Spiritual presence only

Could you explain the third one more? What does "No real presence" mean if there is a spiritual presence? Where is the spiritual presence?

I believe that Christ is spiritually present in the partakin gof the elements to endow His children with every benefit of His Person.

I don't want to say that I deny the real presence, because I believe that He is really present, but I do deny that He is physically present.

Looking back, I should have given the third listing as Spiritual Presence. - with No real presence as description.
I set it up pretty quickly from here at work. Polls are unchangable after posting or I would.

I'm drawn to consubstantiation even though my church doesn't teach it. I don't think most protestant churches put enough meaning and value and importance in the body and blood of Christ in communion. for me it holds much more weight... perhaps this is because i grew up Catholic.

Side Note: So long as partake in communion as we are told in Scripture (do it in rememberance in Christ, etc.) I don't think the state of the bread and wine really matters that much.
