online without a doubt. And...if you use a PS2 for online games rather then Xbox, you don't have to pay. Either way, online games |^0><><0|^ offline games.

I prefer offline only because of not having to pay for it. Having never played many online games, I prefer not to spoil myself on something I can't afford to keep up. Offline still suits my fancy as the games I play probably wouldn't lend themselves very well to online play anyway.

That and my connection bites majorly.

I use to love offline games. But 22+ years of them, and it was time to move on.
Besides, I have loved to compete more than anything.
