  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

There is risk for secondary bacterial infections associated with viral infections (e.g. secondary pulmonary MRSA infections associated with adenovirus) , so it wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility for a doctor to prescribe antibiotics as a prophylaxis.
Well if a doctor prescribed it with a reason, then yeah. I meant people using leftover antibiotics for a viral ailment.

Grappa contains arsenic too, maybe it is put in wine and champagne - "too sweet" wine and champagne.
Source? Not sure where it would be introduced to the system in present day agriculture.

Interesting.

I didn't know that.

When the fat is broken down water is one of the chemicals which is made from it, the same process which happens in humans and other mammals. The humps will shrink during periods without food or water but will grow again once the camel can refuel. Additionally they can drink up to 20 gallons of water at a time but they can't store any of it. Fat is much easier to store as all mammals already have the mechanism for it. Storing water in its liquid form would require a big evolutionary leap which because camels are extremely successful isn't likely.

AV has learnt something!
