That's the sort of thing kids in highschool do. Be mature about it and just tell her that the relationship isn't working for you. It isn't like she can honestly be angry at you for being honest. Okay, well, if she has a temper, she might be angry, but it's not your fault. There is a difference between being rude and telling yourself that you are being honest, and being actually honest. Be actually honest and tell her that you are not happy, and that you feel like you have to walk on eggshells all the time. She obviously has some other stuff going on that she personally needs to deal with. She shouldn't drag you into it with her.

Well yeah, that's what I was planning on tell her.. I'm going to be 26 in March (oh noes I'm gettin' old!) and so I'm looking for something long term that could possibly lead to marriage and even if I did stick with this girl, in the long term it wouldn't work out because of her temper. And I shouldn't go into a relationship expecting or hoping that somebody will change over time. That's just setting myself up for a disappointment.

And it's only 2 months into the relationship and I feel this way...argh.

Yeah, I like that. If someone were to say that to me, I wouldn't be upset at all. I'd be like, "Okay, sure, I understand completely." You can't argue with it if that is how someone feels.
