Here is a revelation i got from a friend of mine, i think its unique.

The Elizabeths
Satan is an abuser. He abuses us. Satan does not have a ‘babe’. Jesus Christ has the bride. Whenever satan comes to your life, he leaves a seed. A seed gradually matures and bear fruits. Satan will always come back for his fruit. That is why we always have to read the word of God and pray. So that we can rid ourselves of any ungodly seed that may have been brought in our lives.

As God’s children, we have a seed inside us. And our seed need to be nurtured. Reflecting on Mary the mother of Jesus, we remember that Mary had a seed, when she went to Elizabeth, the baby in her started to jump, bubble and to grow healthily. In our lives, as Christians, we also need the Elizabeths in our lives, for the seed in us to grow bountifully.
References
One of the seeds that the enemy leaves in our life is offence.
Being offended
Mt 5:29-30; He 12:15,

Offending others
‘True obedience to God’s word will keep man from being offended. God does not demand that one live free from being offended, but that he offends no man’ Mt 5:29 – 30; Mt13:41; Mt: 18:6 - 9; Jas 3:2

This is a revelation I had two nights ago of something that I had forgotten.

1 Corinthians 3:16
Don't you know that you yourselves are God's temple and that God's Spirit lives in you?

God is not some impersonal heavenly figure watching us from above, nor is he merely an invisible observer standing in the corner of a room. He not some cold and distant being. He is not a thought of the mind as we pray at night. He is not 20,000 miles away in the sky, beyond our reach. He is the Living God, His spirit lives within us! And that makes all the difference in the world.

Luke 17:12-19 And as He entered into a certain village, there met him ten men that were lepers, which stood afar off: And they lifted up their voices, and said, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us. And when He saw them, He said unto them, Go shew yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed. And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God, and fell down on his face at His feet, giving Him thanks: and he was a Samaritan. And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine? There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger. And He said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole.

Note the one that turned back in loud praise of Jesus! :D God exhort me to be that thankfullllllllllllllll to Him every day!

The message about Jesus sleeping in the pillow of our hearts (http://www.christianforums.com/t87514 - http://www.christianforums.com/t87516) is touching. It really shows that if we were to involve Jesus in our daily lives we would avert a lot of mishaps in our lives.
In the past few days, I was studying psalms. David’s requests to God to be specific. And I found out that He had a schedule of praying in the mid-night and before dawn. Jewish sages say that in the first part of the night. This is in Psalm 119 verses 62 and 147. In the first part of the Night he would study the law, and at midnight He would sing songs of praise and thanksgiving. This is the same David who said in Psalms 23, that ‘He leads me (Perfect Guidance) beside the still waters (Perfect Peace), and He makes (Perfect Direction) me to lie down in pastures green (Perfect Supply)’. Really, the disciples in that boat, how would they have achieved Peace, perfect peace if they had relegated their leader and captain to the back of the boat?

This I got from my mother - We were talking about Phillip and the Eunuch and a whole lot of things, And suddenly she just gasped and said, 'You know...Jesus Christ does not have a show off, He is not puffed up" and i went, Yes?

How many of us work very hard to get back at those who hurt us? If you were struggling on a certain area, the moment you succeed, you want your enemies to be the first to know. But its not so with Jesus. She said after the whippings, the scorn and all the abuse that Jesus went through on the cross. Still when He arose, He never went to those that pierced and humiliated Him to prove a point, that He is risen. But He appeared to His disciples, Jn 20:26, and to Mary Magdalene who was crying on the tomb, v11. This also takes us to Ps 25:14 that

The secret of the LORD is with them that fear Him; and He will shew them His covenant (KJV)

Amen to that. I started to realise this 2 days ago, that only once, does the the bible refer to our bodies as the temple of the Holy Ghost. On other occasions it refers to us (Tripartite beings) as the temple.

'What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?' I Cor 6:19

Queen, I thought I'd point out that where you said
me to lie down in pastures green (Perfect Supply)
David, being a shepherd, was referring to such a time as when the one sheep would wander and stray; if this stubborn sheep would leave the flock repeatedly where it was not safe, the shepherd, out of love and so that this sheep would stay where it needed to be, would break its tender little leg over his knee so that it would lay down in the pasture. This does demonstrate His perfect supplying, yes, but His perfect supplying of discipline, of bringing us back to Him, keeping us where we are safe and drawing us near those who belong to Him.

Thank you for your words, Queen.

Grace & Peace,
April

Wow! That is enlightening. But wouldn’t green pastures there, also be referring to grazing for the sheep? And therefore supply referring to nourishment in terms of food? And lie down (lack of scarcity and emphasising abundance)? Anyhow, I

extracted the four perfects in the Dakes Bible (30 Perfect things in Psalms 23), page 640. Please find them hereunder.

30 Perfect things in Psalms 23
  1. The Lord – Perfect God
  2. My Shepherd – Perfect Keeper
  3. Not Want – Perfect Satisfaction
  4. Maketh Me – Perfect Direction
  5. Lie Down – Perfect Rest
  6. Green Pastures - Perfect Supply
  7. Leadeth Me – Perfect Guidance
  8. Still Waters – Perfect Peace
  9. Restoreth – Perfect Restoration
  10. My Soul – Perfect Self
  11. Paths of Righteousness – Perfect Holiness
  12. Name’s Sake – Perfect Object
  13. Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death – Perfect Trust
  14. Fear no evil – Perfect Protection
  15. With Me – Perfect Companionship
  16. Thy Rod – Perfect Defense
  17. Thy Staff – Perfect Help
  18. Comfort me - Perfect Solace

Beautiful, thanks for sharing that!
That's absolutely true, it does express His supplying of our needs, our bountiful nourishment. I wrote about that disciplinary and protective aspect yesterday because that was what God was wanting of me and pouring into my heart.
(You want to know the sweet irony? I badly sprained my ankle last night and tore some muscle tissue while gashing my knee. He didn't break my leg, but He let it hurt pretty badly!)

His provisions are so above and beyond! Everything combined, He is all we need! Praise You, Lord!

queenm04,

So glaaaaaaaaaaad you enjoyed reading Is Jesus Sleeping on the Pillow of Your Heart? :D Was a true jooooooooooooooooooooy to write!

As for after Jesus' Resurrection and Him going to Mary and not to gloat over His enemies...I read He went to her because of her love for Him! Here's an excerpt from that particular message...

I am reminded of Mary at the empty tomb of Christ. The apostles came, looked in the cave and went away astounded. But Mary came to the tomb and she lingered, weeping. The death of Christ was horrible, but the empty tomb was unbearable. She had to find Him whom her soul loved! The scripture says that Jesus Himself came to her, but in her sorrow she did not recognize Him. He said, "Woman, why are you weeping? Whom are you seeking?" Can we see the connection here between Mary's weeping and her seeking Christ? Blinded by her tears, she supposes He is the gardener. "Sir, if you have carried Him away, tell me where you have laid Him, and I will take Him away."

"Jesus said to her, 'Mary!' She turned and said to Him in Hebrew, 'Rabboni,' (which means, Teacher). Jesus said to her, 'Stop clinging to Me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father...'" (Jn 20:15-17).

The instant Mary sees the Lord she clings to Him. And here is the most astounding event, indeed, the marvel of all marvels: Jesus said, "I have not yet ascended..." Christ interrupted His ascent into Heaven to answer this woman's love! In the very process of His resurrection, He is drawn---No! compelled toward her weeping! Jesus demonstrated that love is the highest, most powerful law of His kingdom!

Is'nt this 'accusation' better than the one that says He was homosexual? Oh there is also a heresy that John, the disciple whom Jesus loved, Did not die, He still lives. This other friend, read some book, where the guy claims that He has been reincarnated from time to time. But I tread carefully when it comes to those.

Please share your revelations and deep insights on the word
I received a new revelation today on Adam & Eve in the Book of Genesis. Can I share it with you? Tell me what you think.....

Gen. 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image created he him; male and female created he them.

Then after God created man, He created Eve:

Gen. 2:21 And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;

The revelation is this:

When God created Adam, He created him male & female, both....not just male. Adam was perfect. He was complete. He had both male & female aspects, characteristics & traits.

But then God noticed Adam became lonely. So God split Adam in two, by taking a rib from Adam's side & creating Eve. One man, split in two.

Because Adam was now 2, God gave this command:

Gen. 2:24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.

Adam is complete only when he is joined back together to his wife, Eve (the feminine side that God took out of Adam through his rib or through marriage.)

There's more.....

Jesus has an interesting conversation about marriage & divorce. He says this about marriage in heaven:

Matt. 22:30 For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.

When we get to heaven there will be no more marriage, because we will be like "the angels of God in heaven". The angels do not marry.

But in heaven, we won't marry either. We will be restored to the way Adam was before God created Eve, male & female both in one "body", complete. There will be no need for us to marry to be complete again.

Thoughts anyone? This is a new revelation to me & I never thought of marriage in these terms before.

My thought is in Christ we are complete. Many are designed to remain single and it is good that they do so for complete devotion to God's plan for them. He is all we need so I don't like the idea that we're INCOMPLETE or He won't complete us until we're married. Though He did design most of us to need our spouses, it is to be two whole and complete people who THEN can become one flesh. Interesting post. :) Thanks for sharing.

Love,
April

WOW! This is so beautiful. How did you arrive at this one? i am convinced a little bit of mathematics is a requirement, in getting revelations. just kidding

That is so deep. Here is another interesting extract from the Dakes reference bible about man and woman.

‘Woman is said not to have been taken from out of man’s head to be lorded by him, or from his feet to be trampled on by him, but from his side, to be equal with him. From under his arm to be protected by him. And from near his heart to be loved by him’

And here is how he elaborates on a woman as a helpmeet, to a man, that she is a ‘help to him morally, spiritually and intellectually, as his counterpart. I also found this interesting. That we actually don’t compete but complement one another.

Warning…. Read at own risk! Still raw!

In the past week one pastor told me King David was the only king that made mention of Tabernacle items when He prayed. And He was called the man after the Almighty’s own heart! Two more people mentioned these on separate occasions, that King David was called a man after God's own heart. I thought this was interesting!

When i leafed through the Bible I came across Psalms 89, verse 14 says

14
Justice and judgement are the habitation of thy throne: mercy and truth shall go before thy face

Ps 85:10 says
Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other.

I read somewhere that Psalms 85:10 refers to the mercy seat in the Holy of Holies.

Is God’s throne made up of Mercy and Truth?

Isa 16:5

And in mercy shall the throne be established: and he shall sit upon it in truth in the tabernacle of David, judging, and seeking judgement, and hasting righteousness.

If so,

If so can we say His son demonstrated Mercy on the cross! While He also said that He was they way the truth and the life? Which makes mercy and truth?

John 14:6

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

When discussing all this with a friend yesterday I remembered a pastor visited me one Sabbath morning, and said this out of nowhere. He said that he got a great revelation, and read Hosea 4:1 and Hosea 4:6

Ho 4:1

Hear the word of the LORD, ye children of Israel: for the LORD hath a controversy with the inhabitants of the land, because there is no truth, nor mercy, nor knowledge of God in the land.

And said that here a controversy means a serious case! The Almighty had a serious case against His people, that no truth no mercy nor knowledge was found in them.

Ho 4:6
My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.
And he said the knowledge of the Almighty produces mercy and truth out of a person. And thought that was amazing exposition!

From all this came the Name of Jesus Christ and the Kingdom of God. That the kingdom of God is righteousness, joy, and peace.

Ro 14:17
For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.

Eph 1:20
Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,
Eph 1:21

Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:

That the Name of Jesus Christ is not only a Name! But also a powerful concept, (concept is an understatement) it means Saviour and Messiah! Which themselves are attributes of Mercy and Truth,

And The Name of Jesus, the bible says,

Eph 1:20
Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,

Eph 1:21

Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come

If the throne of the Almighty is made up of Mercy and Truth, and justice and judgement what is far above His throne?

Can we safely say the Name of Jesus Christ and His deeds was God’s throne made audible?

Any more insights on these …? :prayer:
