I'm Making My sister/bestfriend A CD...she's been wanting it for a while now... so I'm surprising her by making it.
the name of it is...

Linkin Park... idk which album or nothing'...she likes all the songs...

well what I'm getting at is... i cant find all the songs..I've only got..."Crawling" "By Myself" and "In the End"

I'm hoping that there's some Linkin park lovers out there and was wondering if they wouldn't mind sending me some of the songs if they have them.

What you're asking is copyright infringement. If you want to give your friend a LP cd, buy it in the store. Support the bands you love.

she's been wanting this CD forever...and I'm Moving and I wanted to give her a present to remember me by.
So I thought she'd be real happy if I made her the Linkin Park CD.
I'm not going directly by the Albums... I'm just putting a bunch a different songs on one CD.

As has been said it's copywrite infringement... But if you really want them I'm sure you can find those songs on file share programs like soulseek and kazaa...

yeah but you could get them for free also...... but if she enjoys LP a lot then I would say buy their cd. support the artists..... or give her tickets to a concert of theirs that will be better

And I would love to send you some cool stuff for your friend (because I do have great taste *ahahhem* ), buuuuut I can't. True thing though, you can buy songs for cheap and then make a mixed CD that way. I think it's great what you're trying to do for your friend. As one music-lover to the next, I just love it when people make me CD's of music they think I'll love.

Haha. I wasn't asking for 'pirated MUSIC'. All i wanted to do was make my sister a MIXED cd. for her birthday. NO I WAS <i>NOT</i> trying to re-sale it. I was trying to make my sister an INNOCENT CD FOR HER BIRTHDAY. that's it. I didn't know there was something wrong with making a MIXED CD! Because there isn't.

If you read the information on the inside of the CD, you will see a simple phrase that will answer your question. It says:

Unauthorized copying, hiring, lending, public performances and broadcasting of this recording are prohibited.

What this means is that you are not permitted to make copies of the cd or any of the songs; even for friends.

i don't remember ever POSTING
anything that said 'for a friend' either.
And if i did post it saying it was
for a friend, i probably did that
because me and my sister are pretty
much best friends but if i did,
i apologize if i made you think
other wise though (not that you knowing
if it was a friend or a sister really even matters anyway. )

and may i ask *YOU* a question.
do you owns a MIXED cd??? i don't
know ONEEEE person who doesn't.
they even show people playing mixed
cd's on Televison, and MOVIES.
