Pets are going to be unable to just transfer over as expected. You'll need to save the following info now. If you have a screen shot program, please use it. We have about 40 minutes to do so.

I'd suggest starting with your list you work.

Record pet informtion (ages/etc) in order to have them recreated after the upgrade.

Thanks, Kristen...Praise God we do already have all of this saved...in triplicate+ to our hard-drives as well as private drafs. Couldn't have been done in 40 minutes

Re-read: We DO NOT have ages of the pets...only pet links Can't be done in 40 minutes, for ages...that would involve opening each link, NO?

All we have is what you see visually, as well as links. If these links are broken we have nothing

Well... I'm copying what is in daycare that is temp with snag it. If anyone can do their lists just in case, that would probably be best. That will help them re-create them if the links don't work... but hopefully they will.

Greg is working to see if he can quick make a program to go and capture all of the stats. Such as #, name, gender and age...is this all you will need in order (pet type) to do what you will need to do later?
