Hello everyone! Tomorrow morning I am going in for a procedure to HOPEFULLY help jump start my labor! Dario and I have never dealt with these kinds of things before and we are really praying that it works since it will be the last step before chemical induction! Please pray that everything goes well and it works and we have a healthy baby boy this week! Thank you!

Another procedure that is becoming more and more common is to inflate a foley catheter in the cervix as a way of starting dilation without using drugs. This is enough to stimulate labor in many cases. They did this for my wife three years ago and it started the ball rolling quite well, though she did eventually need to have pitocin.
